Who this policy covers
This policy explains what Manhattan Beach Concrete collects when you visit our website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it. We're a concrete contractor in Manhattan Beach, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer you and do the job.
It applies to this website, starting from our home page, and to the information you give us by phone, email or our contact form. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.
What information we collect
We collect what you choose to give us when you fill out our contact form, call or email. That usually includes:
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reply.
The address of the property, so we know where the driveway, patio or slab is and can come out to look at it.
Details about the job, such as what you want poured or repaired, photos you send, and when you'd like the work done.
Our website also collects some information automatically when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, how you got to the site and a general location based on your IP address. This doesn't tell us your name unless you also send us a form.
How we use your information
We use your contact and job details to answer your question, set up a free quote, plan and schedule the work, and keep in touch while the job is underway.
We may also use them to send an invoice, follow up after the pour or reply if you have a question about the work later.
We use the automatic website information to see which pages people find useful and to fix anything that isn't working, so the site stays easy to use on a phone.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't send you marketing you didn't ask for.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a website. Our site may use them, along with basic analytics tools, to count visits and understand how people move through the pages.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work if you do, though some features may not remember your choices.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it's needed to do the job or run the business. Our contact form is handled by an outside form service, which receives what you type so it can pass it on to us.
We may also use outside providers for things like website hosting, analytics, email and invoicing. They get only what they need to provide that service.
We'll also share information if the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to finish the work, answer questions about it later and keep the business and tax records we're required to keep.
If you asked for a quote and didn't go ahead, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, and then we delete them. Website analytics data is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for legal or business records, and if so we'll tell you why.
If you live in California, state law may give you more rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we collect and the right not to be treated differently for asking. We'll honor those requests.
To make a request, reach us through our Contact page or call (424) 452-9329. We may need to confirm who you are before we share or change anything.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are meant for adults planning work on their property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, like limiting who can see it and using trusted services to store it. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but we'll tell you if a problem affects your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the way we handle information changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the day it's posted.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question or a concern about your information, let us know through our Contact page or call (424) 452-9329. We're available Mon–Fri: 8 AM–10 PM, Sat–Sun: 7 AM–9 PM, and we'll get back to you within 1 business day.
